Vehicles eligible for this limited guarantee are 4-year-old or newer vehicles with less than 75,000 miles on the odometer at the time of program registration. Coverage is for a selected period of 3 years from the in-service date or date of installation. A qualified used vehicle shall be no more than 4 (four) model years old and only private passenger cars, SUVs and light duty trucks are eligible for coverage under this limited guarantee agreement.
This Limited Guarantee Agreement is a Product Warranty and is not an insurance policy. Express Systems, Inc. offers a Limited Guarantee to its customers in the event of a loss suffered due to a defect in material or workmanship for the provided products. In the event one of these products fails to perform as specified, we will provide reimbursement or repair according to the terms and conditions stated on the front and back of this Limited Guarantee Agreement.
Express Systems has sole discretion in determining and processing repair procedures. Vehicles will be inspected by our staff of professionals. If damage is indicated, and qualifies for repair, we will discuss repair procedure and process the repair. Express Systems obligation shall be limited to one repair per affected area. Express Systems has no obligation towards inconvenience, lodging, wages, food, costs during time of repair or transportation costs.
